Part Time Administrator

Shrewsbury Free onsite parking

Permanent

15 hours per week across 3 days, Term time only

£12.71 per hour

Prince are working with a growing owner managed business located to the west of Shrewsbury. They are recruiting for a capable Administrator to join their existing team on a permanent basis. The role will support the business with a range of duties.

You will be responsible for:

  * Support order processing and Invoice processing

  * Maintaining Inventory

  * Ordering of stock

  * Scanning and filing

  * Answering phones

  * Booking transport

  * Maintaining Stationery Inventory

  * Packing and posting of orders

  * Helping with general office admin and assist with ad hoc basic accounts

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have previous office experience and be willing to support the team with a range of tasks. You will be happy to take ownership of your own work and feel confident to manage the tasks for this innovative market leading business.
