Part-Time Administrator | Poole | £18,000-£19,000 pro rata
We're currently recruiting for a part-time Operations Administrator to join a busy engineering environment in Poole.
This would suit someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
The role will involve:
Keeping internal records accurate and up to date
Coordinating parts and equipment requirements for engineers
Monitoring stock levels and arranging replenishment
Managing supplier returns and paperwork
Making sure engineers have the equipment they need
General operational supportHours: Ideally 7:30am-3:30pm, 3 days per week, although there is flexibility.
Salary: £18,000-£19,000 pro rata
Contract: Initially 3 months, with the potential to extend and a genuine route to a permanent full-time position.
Previous administration, coordination, engineering support or stock-related experience would be useful, but organisation, attention to detail and a proactive approach are more important.
