Are you an organised and proactive individual looking for a part-time role in a friendly and fast-paced environment? We're working with a well-established construction company based in Ilkeston, Derby, and we're looking for a reliable Administrator to join the team.
🛠️ What You'll Be Doing:
* Processing and managing timesheets
* Filing, scanning, and maintaining digital and paper records
* Handling emails and general correspondence
* Providing general office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
🕒 Working Hours:
* 2 days per week: Monday plus one other day of your choice
* 9:00am - 5:00pm or similar
* £13 per hour
✅ What We're Looking For:
* Previous admin experience
* Experience in using SharePoint would be advantageous
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident using email and basic office software
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team
