My client is a busy property maintenance company seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join their HVAC Department on a part time basis. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing first-class support to both residents and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Contacting residents to book in HVAC works and coordinating appointments.
Answering incoming calls from residents and clients, providing assistance and resolving queries in a professional manner.
Carrying out filing, record-keeping, and general administrative duties.
Liaising with engineers and team members to ensure smooth scheduling and efficient completion of works.
Managing overflow tasks designated by the Office Manager
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues where needed
