Job Description

C.Neo Ltd are working exclusively with a local Mechanical & Electrical Building Engineering company to recruit an FM Administrator/Scheduler to work alongside one of the Senior Directors within a busy and fast paced department in their offices in Lee on Solent, Hampshire. The ideal Administrator will be required to work hours of 12pm - 4pm on a 20-25 hour contract per week. As an experienced Administrator and Scheduler for this position you will need to have worked within a similar environment before whether in FM (Facilities Management), Engineering or Maintenance with the ability to liaise and coordinate with Engineers. IT Literacy is essential with experience on job management systems such as Joblogic a huge advantage. Also the capabilities to work at a fast pace and multi task and prioritise job load
