Location: Central Milton Keynes
Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Temp to Perm Opportunity!
Salary: £12.50 per hour

We are now seeking a friendly and proactive Afternoon Receptionist to join their friendly team and be the welcoming face of our business centre.
About the Role
As Receptionist, you will be the central point of contact for clients, visitors, and contractors. You’ll take ownership of the Reception and iLounge areas - the social and professional heart of the building - ensuring they are always inviting and impeccably presented.

Key Responsibilities:
* Warmly welcoming and assisting visitors, members, and contractors
* Managing reception and the iLounge, café, and seating areas, keeping them clean and inviting
* Handling post and courier deliveries
* Managing hot desk and meeting room bookings
* Supporting our mailing address and virtual membership clients
* Arranging business lunches and refreshments as required
* Providing administrative support to the General Manager
* Including data entry into the accounts system and supporting with month-end procedures
* Coordinating with contractors for maintenance and facilities issues
* Supporting health and safety procedures under GM guidance
* Assisting with networking events and community engagement activities
* Carrying out other duties to ensure the smooth running of the centre
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Outgoing, confident, and personable
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* An excellent communicator who thrives in a customer-facing role
* Comfortable using standard office software and systems
* Proactive, reliable, and adaptable to changing needs
* Able to work independently while supporting a wider team
Experience in hospitality, front-of-house, or coworking environments is a plus but not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are what count most.
