Job Description
Working from Home
3 days per week 9am - 6pm
Bookkeeping & Financial Management
* Maintain accurate and timely bookkeeping for the principal, charitable foundation, sporting companies, and estate operations.
* Record daily transactions and reconcile all bank, credit card, and petty cash accounts.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier payments and invoicing.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and financial reports.
* Assist with annual budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, and expenditure monitoring.
* Prepare and execute bi-monthly payment runs.
* Liaise with accountants, auditors, and tax advisers to support year-end processes and compliance.
* Maintain orderly digital and paper records of all financial activity.
Payroll & HR Administration
* Administer payroll for multiple entities, including household, country estate and seasonal staff.
* Manage PAYE, National Insurance, pensions (including auto-enrolment), benefits, and statutory deductions.
* Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations
* Process new starters, leavers, and employment changes in a timely manner.
* Prepare P60s, P45s, and other year-end documentation.
Handle staff expense claims and reimbursementsBefore You Apply
