Business Development Manager (Part-Time, Remote) - Growing HealthTech Startup
A fast-growing startup (nearly 1 year in business) is transforming healthcare access by providing virtual GP services to Care Homes. The company is now seeking a Business Development Manager to join its small but ambitious team of four and play a key role in driving growth.
The Role
This is a permanent, part-time position (10-30 hours per month to start, with potential to scale). The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and approaching Care Homes and Care Groups, securing per-user monthly agreements, and closing new business deals. While the primary focus will be on business development, there will also be light account management responsibilities once clients are onboarded.
The position is offered on a fully remote basis, with a laptop and phone provided. Occasional travel to meet and close high-value clients in person may be required.
Package and Benefits
£25-£30 per hour (depending on experience)
Performance bonus of up to £5,000 per client signed
Flexible part-time hours (10-30 per month initially, with scope to grow)
Fully remote working (with occasional travel)

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and highly motivated professional with the ability to research, target, and engage prospective clients. They will be confident in building relationships and closing deals at a senior level, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

A proven track record in business development or sales (experience in healthcare, SaaS, or services would be advantageous)
Strong research and lead generation skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Confidence in negotiation and deal closure
Flexibility, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset
