The Role:
Polytec are looking for an enthusiastic Catering Assistant for our Cambridge based client. You will assist the Kitchen Supervisor with the day to day running of a busy staff canteen.
Responsibilities:
* Provide lunches and refreshments to staff, meeting rooms and small conferences
* Assist and help the catering supervisor at functions and events
* Maintain high level of hygiene standards
* Clean down after service
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar catering/hospitality environment
* Level 2 Food Safety preferable but not essential
* Some heavy lifting is involved
