Job Description

My client is a rapidly expanding professional services firm and they are now looking to recruit a Part Time Client Onboarding & AML Compliance Officer. This is a part time role working around 20 hours per week to suit you and my client is open to remote working from home if you prefer. You’ll work closely with the founder and the team to handle the end-to-end onboarding and compliance setup for new clients. Basically: you’re the person who makes sure everything is organised, accurate, and nothing slips through the cracks. Your day-to-day will include: Client Onboarding * Entering secure client data into our CRM (Bright Manager). * Sending proposal emails and welcome packs. * Chasing clients when information is missing — friendly, firm, and organised. Compliance, AML & Info Gathering * Completing AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks using our internal process. * Requesting professional clearance from previous accountants (templates provided). * Collecting and filing key documents: ID, proof of address, NI numbers, UTRs, etc. * Making sure everything is stored correctly and fully compliant. Training will be provided but it would be ideal if you have some background in legal admin, PA support, accountancy practice support or any relevant AML environment.
