We're on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Executive Administrator to join a specialist medical accounts team on a part-time basis.
Job Title: Executive Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Taunton, Somerset
Contract Details: Permanent / Part-Time (20 hours per week, ideally spread across 4/5 days) Flexible on start time and finish time.

You'll be supporting a team that works with clients such as GP practices, dental practices, and other medical professionals. You'll also collaborate with administration colleagues across the wider business.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll be the go-to person for high-level admin support. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing diaries and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
Making travel and hotel arrangements
Inbox management
Handling and responding to correspondence including phone calls, emails, and letters
Contacting and building relationships with clients
Simple billing tasks
Taking meeting minutes
Accurately preparing reports, client letters, invoices, and other documents within given timescales, when required
Following up potential new client leads, adding to, and maintaining database, arranging and confirming meetings with relevant Partner and undertaking any necessary data searches
Co-ordinating team meetings and eventsWhat You'll Bring:
Experience in a high-level administrative role, ideally in a professional services environment
Confidence in supporting senior stakeholders
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel (or the ability to learn quickly)
