Our client a well-known brand based in Woking are seeking a part-time Finance Administrator to join their busy team on a 6-month FTC. This role requires someone with previous AP experience and is available on short notice to start a new role!
Duties:
Daily tasks to review completed services and work with sites to arrange for service recoveries
Request additional collections at the request of Asset protection team
Order banking books for sites
Collate banking discrepancies information for Asset Protection
One day a week spent obtaining authorisation for invoices, recording invoices, and making payments via Citibank
General Accounts Payable support where there is capacity 
Requirements:
Previous Finance experience, ideally AP
Excellent attention to detail
Confident picking up new systems and processes
Strong Microsoft office experience
