As the Part-Time Finance Director, your role will include:

Manage group consolidations and produce accurate financial reports.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including offshore trust structures.
Liaise with external advisors on tax planning and regulatory matters.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for group entities.
Advise on risk management and financial controls across the organisation.Profile
A successful Part-Time Finance Director should have:
