Our client is seeking a part time HR Assistant to join their established team on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
* £37,500 (pro rata)
* 22.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
* Hybrid working
* Free parking
* 25 days holiday (pro rata)
Job Descriptions:
* Working closely with managers and employees, offering guidance and advice
* Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
* Assist with employee relations activities
* Get involved in various projects and activities that champion the companys culture
Person Specification:
* Experience in a generalist HR or People Adviser role
* Genuine passion for people focused work
* Strong understanding of Employment Law
* Excellent communication and emotional intelligence
* Professional HR qualification or membership (such as CIPD) would be a plus
* Understanding and experience of using Power BI would also be a plus
Additional information:
* Full time equivalent salary of £37,500 per year (pro-rated to £22,500 per year)
* Ideally looking to split hours over five days (Monday – Friday)
