Part-time Internal Communications Executive
Working Arrangement: Part time, Hybrid - 25 hours per week

About the Role

What You'll Do
Own and continuously improve the intranet, ensuring it's user-friendly and up to date.
Create engaging content and campaigns that celebrate success and strengthen company culture.
Think ahead-spot opportunities to share stories from events and initiatives.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and other key stakeholders to keep information accurate and accessible.
Support internal events and employee engagement activities.
Monitor and report on communication effectiveness, using insights to improve.What We're Looking For
Essential:
Proven experience in Internal Communications.
Hands-on experience managing intranet platforms.
Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
Ability to set up and maintain policies and procedures on a central hub.
Personable, detail-oriented, and great at building relationships.
Nice to Have:
Interest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability initiatives.Character Fit
