The Role
We are looking for experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our flexible staffing pool. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking part-time work, day-to-day supply, or short-term assignments. You’ll support pupils with a range of learning needs, helping them access education and build confidence.
Key Responsibilities

Provide in-class support to pupils with SEN

Assist with communication, sensory, and behavioural needs

Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff

Adapt to different classrooms and pupil needs on a flexible basis

Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
*
Experience working with children or young people with SEN is essential
*
Understanding of autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties
*
Ability to adapt quickly and work flexibly across different classes
*
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA, SEN training) are desirable
