Our Client are seeking a dedicated Part Time Legal Administrator to join their team on a contractual basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute your administrative expertise to a dynamic and industrious environment. Hours are 20 per week
Key Responsibilities:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the legal department
Managing and organising legal documents and records
Assisting with the preparation of legal correspondence and documentation
Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with legal procedures
Updating and maintaining internal databases and filing systems
Responding to queries and requests from internal and external stakeholders
Supporting the legal team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Job Requirements:
Experience in an administrative role, ideally within professional setting
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Understanding of legal terminology and procedures is advantageous
