Job Title: Part Time Payroll & Systems Administrator (24 Hours Per Week)
Location: Woking | Salary: £45,000 -£50,000 FTE | Contract: Permanent, Part Time
About the Role
Portfolio Payroll are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Systems Administrator to manage our end-to-end monthly payroll and oversee our time and attendance systems to work for our manufacturing client in Woking. You will ensure accurate salary payments, maintain strict HMRC compliance, and manage employee data across our ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
Monthly Payroll Processing
Manage full cycle payroll including new starters, leavers, overtime, bonuses, and deductions running the payroll in house on ADP IHCM.
Calculate statutory payments including SSP, SMP, and SPP.
Allocate payroll costs accurately across cost centres and post journals.
Compliance & Reporting
Submit monthly Real Time Information (RTI) to HMRC and apply tax code updates.
Complete year-end obligations including P60 and P11D reporting.
Coordinate with external, international Employer of Record (EoR) partners.
Systems & Systems Administration
Review and distribute weekly production staff timesheets.
Reconcile payroll outputs against BACS payments and general ledger balances.
Resolve employee payroll queries and investigate system discrepancies.What We Are Looking For
Proven experience managing end-to-end UK payroll and HMRC statutory reporting.
Strong working knowledge of pension auto-enrolment and salary sacrifice schemes.
Experience administering time & attendance systems or ERP software.
Excellent data reconciliation skills and high attention to detail.
