Oversee the smooth running of the clinic, ensuring every client receives exceptional service from their first contact through to ongoing care.
Manage communications, support therapists, and maintain a calm, professional environment that reflects values of wellness and respect.
Handle enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
Manage bookings and client appointments
Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Address client queries and feedback with empathy and efficiency
Coordinate therapist schedules and optimise bookings
Maintain client records in line with GDPR
Monitor and order supplies
Provide day-to-day admin support
Resolve scheduling or operational issues
Facilitate communication between therapists and clients
Respond to messages across social platforms
