Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk Location: Woking- Free Parking on site Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 09:30 - 14:30) Salary: Full-time equivalent £32,000 / Pro-rata £17,066 (£16.41 per hour) Overview: Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers? Our client is on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their dynamic finance team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities: As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Accurately inputting purchase ledger and accounts data into the accounting system. Matching, batching, and coding invoices with precision. Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies. Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely payments. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. Handling telephone queries in a professional and proactive manner.Key Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess: Proven experience in purchase ledger and accounts data entry. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Strong listening skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
