Part Time Receptionist Administrator
The Opportunity:
This is a great job share, part time role on the front reception desk of a really nice company. All visitors are business people and the environment is bright, open, tidy and well maintained. As well as answering all incoming calls and greeting visitors in the reception area, there will be a wide variety of administrative tasks to do throughout your 2.5 working days. This is a part time role (22.5 hours per week), working Mon & Tues 8am-5.15pm, Fri 8am-1pm. You will probably need your own transport to get to the office.
Job Responsibilities:
Keep the Front Desk area tidy, stocked and operational to a professional standard at all times including kitchen facilities, crockery and equipment.
Receive and screen telephone calls and emails, answering queries and redirecting calls
Handle all Reception requests and diary appointments for the company’s centralized calendar.
Book appropriate accommodation and flights for staff and deal with all requests for fleet and hire vehicles.
Monitor staff holidays, sickness and daily movements and update the calendar.
Ensure that all meeting rooms within the Reception building are well presented for meetings including supply of hot and cold refreshments and/or catering requirements and maintain a tidy and well stocked kitchen area.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing post for all departments and manage company stationary stocks.Skills Required:
Excellent ‘front of house’ and Customer Service skills
Experience in a busy office environment
Experience with administration of multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient use of Microsoft suite of products including word and excel
A team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to help others.Associated Benefits:
Actual Salary £14,861 for 22.5 hours per week (£12.70phr)
