Sue Ross Recruitment is a small, long established Recruitment Consultancy and we are growing our team. We do require an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the temporary and contract division working on a Part-Time basis. Starting salary for this role is from £25,000 (full time equivalent) depending on experience plus uncapped commission.
This is your chance to step into a fast-paced, people-focused industry where no two days are the same. We are target driven but we also have a culture of finding the right work/life balance. To give you a brief overview the role will involve:
* Screening and registering candidates following strict GDPR guidelines
* Building relationships with clients and matching candidates to their requirements
* Sourcing candidates, utilising job boards, databases and online social media platforms
* Sending CVs, coordinating interviews, and supporting the offer process
* Writing eye-catching job adverts and keeping in touch with candidates
* Inbox management, working through an ever task list
* Business development duties and database management, identifying new business opportunities
* Placing temporary candidates into short and long term contracts, and completion of all associated paperwork and right to work documentation
The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience. This is a part time role with days/hours to be agreed. We have onsite parking available and a lovely, fun, open plan office environment.
