We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Part-Time School Administrator to join a friendly school office team in Crosby, working Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain pupil records using the Arbor MIS system.
Handle attendance, admissions, and general data entry.
Provide first-point contact for parents, staff, and visitors in the school office.

Work collaboratively with the wider admin and leadership teams.
Requirements:
Experience using Arbor in a school setting is essential.
Strong administrative and IT skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across two busy days.

Previous school office experience is highly desirable.
