Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? A welcoming mainstream primary school in Northampton is looking for a caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis from September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with pupils who need additional support, helping them to feel confident, included, and successful in the classroom.
About the role - Part Time SEN TA - Northampton, Northamptonshire
Supporting a child or small group with identified SEN needs (academic, behavioural or social)
Working under the guidance of the class teacher and SENDCo
Providing consistent, patient, and nurturing support throughout the school day
Helping to adapt learning tasks and activities to suit individual needs
About you - Part Time SEN TA - Northampton, Northamptonshire
Has experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting
Is compassionate, flexible, and calm under pressure
Can work as part of a team but also show initiative
Is passionate about inclusion and making a difference
