Beyond Talent Solutions are delighted to be supporting a PE backed business based in the East Midlands region to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Part Time Administrator to join their team on an initial temporary basis. This role has arisen due to an increased volume of work across various internal teams (specifically HR, Finance and Procurement), and the role will involve a varied workload!
Based fully remotely, you will need to be a self-starter and bring the following skills and experience:
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand the scope of tasks required and work independently
Outstanding people skills - you will be liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders
IT literacy with strong MS Office experience (Teams, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint in particular)
This role will initially commence on c. 16 hours but will likely increase over time with additional tasks. Whilst there are no guarantees, the business is going through rapid growth, so it's certainly a great time to join and there may be scope for permanency!
