PART TIME SITE ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking to recruit a Part Time Site Administrator to work for a leading construction company based in Hereford.
ROLE: Site Administrator
LOCATION: Hereford (HR2)
SALARY: £14 p/h, circa £14,500 per annum
JOB TYPE: temp to perm
HOURS: part time, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible on days, i.e., 3 full days or 5 days x 4 hours shift, etc., site-based.
THE ROLE:
Provide general admin support to the Site Manager and project team.
Maintain site records, filing systems, and health & safety documentation.
Manage deliveries and update materials logs.
Coordinate timesheets and assist with subcontractor onboarding.
Liaise with head office and assist with document control.
Keep site noticeboards and records up to date.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Previous experience in an administrative role (construction experience preferred but not essential).
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Friendly and professional manner.
