Part-Time SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary School, Hayes (Hillingdon Borough)
A primary school in Hayes, Hillingdon is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children with a range of special educational needs in a nurturing school environment.
Role details:
Hours: 12.00pm - 3.30pm, Monday to Friday (term time only)
Pay: £52 per shift
Location: Hayes, Hillingdon
Key responsibilities:
Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs
Building positive relationships and supporting pupils' social, emotional and academic development
Adapting to meet the varying needs of children and following individual learning and support plans
Working closely with class teachers and the wider SEN team
The successful candidate will:
Have prior experience supporting children with special educational needs
Be flexible, adaptable and committed to making a positive impact
Demonstrate strong communication skills and a proactive, engaging approach
Be a caring and reliable individual who thrives in a supportive school setting
