£26–£30 per hour (PAYE)
1:1 Relational Teaching | Flexible Hours | Immediate Start
Are you a Key Stage One teacher seeking a role that brings back work-life balance, flexibility, and real purpose?
We’re looking for compassionate KS1 educators in St Helens to work one-to-one with young learners currently outside mainstream education. You’ll use relational, child-centred approaches to support their academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and help prepare them for a smooth transition back into school.
Teaching takes place in safe, welcoming environments — including students’ homes, local libraries, or community centres.

Understanding of SEND, SEMH, EBSA, and trauma-informed practice

Empathy, patience, and a belief in personalised learning
*
Experience or interest in nurture-based approaches and Theraplay is a bonus
