Are you an exceptional LSA with proven experience in targeted intervention and SEND support?
A vibrant Primary School in Haringey is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated team immediately. This unique, part-time role offers fantastic experience across the primary key stages.
The Role: Targeted Intervention Across Ages
This is an essential role focused on supporting pupils with specific needs (including ASC, ADHD, or complex learning difficulties), many of whom have or are on the path to an EHCP.
Working Hours: This is a part-time position structured as follows:
2 Mornings in Reception
3 Full Days in Year 4 (KS2)Key Responsibilities:
Provide intensive 1:1 support and lead small-group interventions (Phonics, Literacy, Numeracy).
Ability to work independently, delivering, setting, and reviewing targets with minimal teacher support.
Utilise specific, creative strategies to keep young learners motivated and focused.
Excellent behaviour management skills to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive environment.Daily Rate: £106 - £115 per day, depending on experience.
