Part-Time Teaching Assistant | Warrington (WA5)
 Start: January - July 2026

Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a dedicated and nurturing Part-Time Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Warrington (WA5). This long-term role is ideal for someone experienced in SEN and Speech & Language support, who is passionate about helping children thrive.

Working Hours:

Monday: 8:30am - 3:30pm

Tuesday: 8:30am - 3:30pm

Wednesday: 8:30am - 12:30pm

The Role:
 You will support pupils on both a 1:1 and small group basis, working closely with the school's SALT (Speech and Language Therapy) team. Your role will involve:

Reinforcing and implementing SALT activities and interventions

Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs

Helping create an inclusive and engaging learning environment

Working collaboratively with class teachers and specialists

The ideal candidate will have:
 ✔ Experience working with children with SEN
 ✔ Knowledge of Speech & Language strategies and/or experience following SALT programmes
 ✔ A calm, patient and supportive approach
 ✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
 ✔ The ability to commit to the role until July 2026
