Location: Ashford and surrounding areas
Salary: £90 - £110 day
Contract Type: Part-Time, Flexible (Day-to-Day Supply & Sickness Cover)

Vision for Education is currently recruiting Part-Time Teaching Assistants to join our team and provide day-to-day supply and sickness cover across a range of Primary and Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools in the Ashford area.
The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils in both mainstream and SEN settings.
Assist teachers in the delivery of engaging lessons and activities.
Help create a safe and supportive learning environment.
Provide one-to-one or small group support to children with additional needs.
Offer flexibility and reliability to cover staff absences and short-term needs.
✅ Requirements:
Experience working with children (school-based or equivalent settings preferred).
A caring, proactive, and adaptable approach.
A genuine interest in supporting children's education and well-being.
Ability to travel to schools across Ashford and nearby areas.
An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one through Vision for Education.
