Job Description

Job Title: Supply Chain and Partnerships Manager Location: London Salary: Up to £52,000 per annum (DOE) Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Role Overview Trigon Recruitment are supporting a fantastic national provider who are delivering an integrated health and employment programme. This service integrates health recovery with employment support to create a holistic pathway for individuals who face difficulties in the workplace due to physical health conditions – helping them return to work, remain in work or find new employment. The Supply Chain and Partnerships Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the supply chain and partnership network within the programme. The post holder will ensure that all partner organisations meet contractual obligations, deliver against performance targets, and adhere to quality and regulatory standards. This role involves building trusted relationships with community, health, and specialist partners to provide participants with meaningful opportunities and sustainable employment outcomes. The manager will also play a key role in expanding delivery capacity, identifying new partnership opportunities, and contributing to long-term service improvement and sustainability. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Management · Manage a portfolio of delivery partners, ensuring contractual compliance and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). · Support partners in implementing improvements to service quality and participant outcomes. · Conduct regular performance reviews, audits, and quality assurance checks. · Facilitate learning, development, and collaboration across the supply chain network. Partnership Development · Develop and nurture partnerships with a diverse range of organisations in employment, health, education, and the voluntary sectors. · Identify opportunities to expand the network and strengthen programme delivery. · Build long-lasting relationships with local authorities, NHS bodies, voluntary sector organisations, and community stakeholders. Programme and Service Delivery · Oversee coordination of partner activity to ensure a seamless and person-centred experience for the participants. · Ensure services are inclusive, needs-led, and aligned with the overarching mission and values. · Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance. Market Stewardship and Strategic Oversight · Provide strategic oversight to ensure sustainable and inclusive service delivery models. · Monitor and address systemic risks and barriers across the supply chain. · Actively contribute to shaping a fair, effective, and resilient service market that benefits all stakeholders. Essential Experience · Experience managing supply chains or partnerships within employment support, health, or social impact sectors. · Track record of ensuring compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. · Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. · Knowledge of challenges and opportunities within the employment and skills landscape. Desirable Experience working with MSK (musculoskeletal) health services or in a disability inclusion setting. Familiarity with commissioning and public sector delivery models. Skills & Competencies Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills. Strategic and analytical thinking with a focus on impact.
