We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Partnerships Manager - Supply Chain & Housing to join their team delivering management services across housing frameworks in the London, Waterloo area. This is a key role focused on managing supplier relationships, supporting members, and driving business development within the housing sector.
This position is offering a full-time permanent contract.
The Partnerships Manager - Supply Chain & Housing will receive:
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + car allowance
Pension scheme: 5% contribution matching employee contribution
Holiday: 25 days per annum pro rata to the start date (financial and holiday years run July to June) plus statutory bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
Manage supply chain relationships to support frameworks, contracts, and DPS programmes.
Provide operational support to the Member Services Team and supply chain partners.
Onboard and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers.
Support mobilisation and delivery of member programmes and call-off contracts.
Assist in the negotiation of call-off contracts to maximise value for members.
Identify consultancy and business development opportunities to add value to members.
Support events, including seminars, roundtables, and conferences, while maintaining strong supply chain relationships.
Ensure accurate record-keeping, reporting, and monitoring of social value and CSR activities.
Keep abreast of legislative or sector changes affecting delivery of services.
Requirements for the Partnerships Manager Position:
Previous experience in supply chain management, partnerships, or business development within the housing or construction sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Full UK driving licence.
Knowledge of public procurement rules, commercial contractual arrangements, or social housing frameworks is desirable.
Confident, resilient, and able to work as part of a team.
