Job Description
Our client is an HGV dealership. Currently they are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor / Automotive Parts Advisor / HGV Parts Advisor to join their busy depot in Southampton.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting customers (trade and retail) in identifying and ordering the correct parts
*
Liaising with technicians and the service department to ensure timely parts delivery
*
Managing stock levels, orders, and returns efficiently
*
Maintaining accurate records using our parts management system
*
Providing outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
*
Previous experience in a parts or automotive role preferred
*
Strong communication and customer service skills
*
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
*
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
*
Familiarity with stock control systems (training provided if needed)
