I am looking for a Parts Advisor to join a leading Global Leader in High-Performance Fluid Transfer Systems based in the heart of Motorsport Valley. You will play a key role in supporting customers, processing sales orders and quotations, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, manufacturing, and finance teams.

Job Description
Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and face to face.
Accurately identify products that meet the customer’s specifications and requirements.
Respond to technical product enquiries and support the sales process.
Prepare and process sales orders and quotations.
Assist with sales presentations and maintain accurate sales records.
Work closely with stores, manufacturing, and finance teams on sales-related tasks.
Complete tasks with attention to detail and see them through to completion.
Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.Parts Advisor
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Experience in a similar position
Confident communicator via telephone, email, and in person.
A keen interest in cars and/or motorsport is preferable.
Knowledge of how a vehicle or engine works would be advantageous
