Parts Advisor
Basic £30,000, OTE up to £37,000!
Saturday Paid as 1.5x Overtime!

A long-established and successful automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join its thriving team.

The successful candidate will enjoy working in a busy, customer-focused environment where their knowledge and initiative will be valued and rewarded.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day parts operations, ensuring accurate ordering and stock control
* Provide professional support to workshop and retail customers, identifying and supplying correct parts
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts and accessories, promoting additional sales where appropriate
* Build positive relationships with suppliers and internal departments
* Contribute to smooth and efficient parts processes within the dealership
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a main dealer or similar automotive environment
* Strong communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident using dealer management and stock control systems
* Customer-focused, proactive and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Salary and Benefits
* Basic salary: £28,000 – £30,000
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 17:30
* 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:00 – 12:30, paid at Time ½
* Saturday overtime earnings (approx.): £2,000 per annum
* Bonus: Up to £5,000 per annum
* Full holiday entitlement and company benefits
