Parts Advisor – Poole
Salary: Up to £29,523.78 per annum (Might be Performance bonuses)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9:00am – 1:30pm
Location: Poole, Dorset
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious and well-established dealership for an experienced Parts Advisor to join their busy Aftersales team.
The Role:
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting both the workshop and retail customers by sourcing, ordering, and supplying vehicle parts efficiently and accurately. You will ensure that the parts department runs smoothly, maintaining high standards of organisation, stock control, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Source, order, and supply parts for retail customers and workshop requirements.
*
Provide exceptional customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone.
*
Meet agreed sales and efficiency targets.
*
Maintain accurate stock levels and records.
*
Liaise with technicians and service advisors to ensure smooth workflow within the dealership.
*
Uphold the company’s high brand and service standards at all times.
About You:
*
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within a franchised dealership is highly desirable.
*
Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and systems.
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*
A passion for cars and delivering top-quality customer experiences.
*
IT literate, with experience using dealership management systems (DMS).
