Salary: £30,809
Working Hours - Monday – Friday - 08.00 – 17.30 with one hour unpaid break, Saturdays worked on a rota basis 08:00 – 14:00

We have a new job vacancy available for a Parts Advisor at our clients Parts Department in Poole. My client is one of the fastes growing automotive groups in the UK and they are continuing to rapidly grow, making it the perfect time to join. This role is based in the main dealership in Poole and suits a Parts Advisor that is looking for longevity within their career and progression. Parts Advisor Role:

Dealing with customers daily via telephone and email
You will be sourcing and locating parts, discussing a price, and arranging delivery of the products to their site.
Make sure the system is up to date and all parts are accounted for.
Assisting with stock checks.
Delivering a high level of customer service. 
Parts Advisor Requirements:

Previous experience in the Automotive Parts Department
Having a Full UK driving license will be advantageous but not essential
Customer service experience is essential
