Providing excellent customer service to both internal teams and external clients
Assisting with parts identification, sourcing, and availability queries
Processing orders and managing the sale of vehicle parts and accessories
Maintaining an organised and efficient stockroom
Monitoring, controlling, and replenishing stock levels
Supporting workshop productivity through efficient parts supply
Ensuring prompt and professional handling of all enquiries
Supporting the wider dealership team to ensure smooth operationsRequirements for the Parts Advisor position:

Prior experience in a similar motor trade or parts adviser role (desirable)
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Confident and professional communication skills
IT literate and comfortable using stock management and ordering systems
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
Proactive, dependable, and able to work collaboratively within a team
