Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved motorcycle dealership in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, seeking an experienced Motorcycle Parts Advisor. 42.5-hour week, Monday to FridayDuties of the Parts Advisor:

Assisting customers with parts and accessories enquiries
Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently
Maintaining stock records and inventory levels
Liaising with technicians, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure smooth parts procurement
Providing exceptional customer service and support in person and over the phone
Managing online shop operations to support the dealership’s e-commerce presence
Supporting the wider Parts Department to maintain high standards of professionalism and efficiencyRequirements of the Parts Advisor:

Live within a reasonable commuting distance of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Excellent communication and customer service skills as a Parts Advisor
Strong organisational and administrative abilities
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy 
IT literacy, with experience using electronic parts catalogues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is highly desirable but not essential
