We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join a reputable dealership in Yeovil, Somerset. Our client is seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor who can deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of parts management.

Monday to Friday working pattern, including Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Providing excellent customer service to trade and retail clients
Managing parts stock levels and replenishing inventory as required
Assisting with parts look-up, sales enquiries, and order processing
Ensuring accurate parts recording and efficient parts processing
Supporting the service department with parts-related requirements
Maintaining a professional and knowledgeable approach at all times
Keeping up to date with the latest automotive parts and accessoriesRequirements of a Parts Advisor:
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Supervisor within the motor trade preferred
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Proactive attitude with a customer-focused approach
