Managing incoming telephone, internet, and in-store customer parts enquiries
Processing orders efficiently and accurately

Working closely with service and sales teams to ensure seamless operations
Assisting customers with parts-related queries and advice
Keeping the parts department organised and stock controlled
Promoting and selling parts in line with targets
Ensuring high standards of customer care and professional communicationRequirements that the Parts Advisor will need:
Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or within a similar retail or automotive environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Numerate and literate, proficient in IT including Microsoft Office Suite
Confident working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
