Job Description
Our client, a reputable and successful automotive dealership in Leicester, is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their dynamic trade and retail parts department. This is an excellent Parts Advisor opportunity for a skilled individual to develop their career in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of £28,800
OTE £33,300
Monday to Friday working week
Every third Saturday morning shift (8:00am–1:00pm)

Uniform and training providedDuties of a Parts Advisor:
Supplying parts to Trade and Retail customers promptly and accurately
Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
Identifying and ordering the correct parts using manufacturer and parts catalogues
Providing clear, accurate quotations and pricing
Processing parts orders and ensuring timely availability
Liaising closely with technicians and workshop teams to facilitate efficient job completion
Maintaining and checking stock levels, organising incoming parts deliveries
Managing customer orders, updating customers on status and delivery times
Recognising sales opportunities to maximise parts sales and achieve targets
Delivering a high standard of customer service at all timesRequirements of a Parts Advisor:
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and automotive products
Experience dealing with both Trade and Retail customers is advantageous
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confident IT skills, familiar with parts catalogues and dealership management systems
Well-organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
