Parts Advisor - Oxford Are you an experienced Parts Advisor, or someone with a background in automotive looking to grow your career in the motor trade? If so, you could be just who our client is looking for to join their Parts team in Oxford. Our client is a successful and expanding motor dealer group, operating 11 sites across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, and Avon. What's the Role? Working within a small, supportive team, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service. Your role will include selling parts and aftersales services, ensuring their accurate and timely delivery to Volvo customers. You'll work closely with the workshop to understand jobs in progress, keep customers informed, obtain authorisation for any additional work, and resolve queries to a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or aftersales within the automotive industry. However, candidates from outside the industry with excellent organisational skills and a customer-first mindset will also be considered. You'll need to be personable, motivated, and capable of delivering outstanding customer service. An interest in cars and good communication skills are essential. What's in it for You?
