Parts Advisor - Newbury
Are you an experienced Parts Advisor with at least a year's experience in automotive parts?
If so, you could be just who our client is looking for to join their growing Parts team in Newbury.
What's the Role?
Working as part of a small, close-knit team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality service. This includes selling parts and aftersales services, ensuring timely and successful delivery to valued Volvo customers, liaising with the workshop to stay updated on work in progress, gaining authorisation for additional work, and resolving any customer queries to a high standard of satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be personable, highly motivated, and committed to delivering consistently high levels of customer service. Excellent communication skills and an interest in the automotive industry are essential.
What's in it for You?
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with some Saturday mornings on a rota
Basic Salary: £28,500
OTE: £35,000
31 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays)
