£30k Basic, £35k OTE!
Main Dealer Opportunity
Eltham Area

Join a fast-paced, friendly dealership where you’ll be the go-to expert for parts and accessories, helping both the workshop and retail customers with the right gear, every time.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage front & back counter parts sales
* Source, order & control stock
* Advise customers & techs on genuine parts
* Keep things running smooth with the service team & suppliers
What You’ll Bring:
* 2+ year’s experience in an automotive parts department
* CDK (Kerridge) experience? Great — but not essential
* Solid customer service & attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence
What You Get:
* £30k basic + £1k attendance bonus
* Performance bonus — OTE £34-35k
* No weekends — proper work/life balance
