UK Parts Advisor
Location: Bradford
Salary: £25,397 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Mon – Fri 7.00am – 3.30pm (+ alternate Saturday’s depending on the company’s needs)
Holidays: 25 days
About the Role:
Swift Temps are delighted to be recruiting for this position. An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time UK Parts Advisor to join our clients growing team in Bradford. We are seeking a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent service to both internal and external customers.
Role Requirements
* Knowledge of SAP stock control systems or similar would be advantageous as well as a thorough understanding of inventory.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
* Fast and efficient responses to urgent requirements in a fast moving and exciting environment.
* Ideally have a mechanical background and be a problem solver often “thinking out of the box.”
Role Responsibilities
* Dealing with internal and external customers requirements.
* Maintain sufficient stocking levels of parts and placing orders with suppliers.
* Providing estimates, invoices, and credits when applicable.
* Handling payment transactions.
* Assisting in Stock Checks.
