Our client is a well established dealership group, and are keen to expand with a highly experience parts advisor.
You'll play a role in ensuring the admin tasks are being done properly, and supporting the technicians while ensuring you are providing a strong service in the background.
Key responsibilities:

Greet customers and respond to parts inquiries in person, by phone, or online.

Identify correct parts for customer needs using manuals, catalogs, or Computer systems.

Advise customers on suitable parts options and compatibility.lace orders for parts and track delivery or inventory status.
