Parts Advisor (Agricultural Dealership)
Role: Parts Advisor
Location: Billingshurst
Salary: £32K+ DOE + Overtime paid at 1.5x
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Additional Hours when required + Seasonal weekend rota)
Holt Automotive is recruiting on behalf of a family-run agricultural dealership for an Experienced Parts Advisor. If you have a background in parts, agricultural machinery or automotive vehicles and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify customer parts requirements via in-store, phone, or email, using online systems.
Process sales orders and invoicing using Dealer Management System (Ibcos Gold).
Manage stock: receiving deliveries, organising returns, and participating in stock-taking programs.
Pre-pick parts and maintain department cleanliness and safety.
Support general operations, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate stock location.Requirements
Strong customer communication and telephone skills.
Knowledge of agricultural machinery or automotive vehicles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Ibcos Gold (preferred but not essential, training provided).Benefits

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
