Based in their warehouse in Hemel Hempstead, this role is ideal for someone with experience in a parts advisor role looking for a long-term career.

Job Type: Permanent Fulltime
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £28,450.00pa (£12.87 p/h)
Monthly KPI Bonus: £175.00 (based on successfully achieving targets)
Hours:
Key Responsibilities
Actioning incoming internal & external calls.
Promptly dealing with customer orders via trade counter, post, phone or staff.
Actioning online enquiries.
Cross selling alternative products & add ons.
Achieving & exceeding personal & depot profit targets.
Ordering & managing stock of parts.
Operate a forklift in a responsible manner.
Skills, Experience & Training Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a parts advisor – Essential
Clean Driving License – Essential
Forklift Qualified – Essential
Technical Competencies as a Parts Advisor
Ability to work in a pressurized environment
Good administrative & interpersonal skills
Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft packages
